Our provider, Tavaris Brooks MSN, FNP- C, ARNP- BC, has over 10 years of healthcare experience with a background in Family Practice, Acute Care and Cardiology. Tavaris Brooks was born and raised in Pensacola, FL, graduated from South Alabama and is currently seeing patients at this location.
